This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

The following organisations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organisations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our website.

If you are one of the organisations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Scholarship Ready. Please include your name, your organisation name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organisations may hyperlink to our website as follows:

No use of Scholarship Ready's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website:

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Our Services

The services of Scholarship Ready includes the provision of an educational consultancy service supporting students who are preparing for scholarship assessments at UK schools. Scholarship Ready works with students, parents and schools. Our full services are detailed on our website.

Services include advising and preparing students to enhance their scholarship potential and increase their chances of obtaining a scholarship at a UK school. Whilst all efforts will be made to maximise the student's potential, no guarantees can be made for students being successful in gaining any scholarship or award.

Clients can contact Scholarship Ready via the website online form or directly via email or WhatsApp. A free introductory session is offered for clients to find out more about our services and for Scholarship Ready to ascertain initial needs of clients.

Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for Scholarship Ready are detailed on the website and are inclusive of any VAT. Payment must be paid in full through the website in advance of all services. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Services will commence following receipt of cleared funds.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Sessions

If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a session (except in-person mock interview or mock audition) e.g. owing to illness, they must notify Scholarship Ready giving at least 48 hours’ notice. A full refund will be issued less any expenses already incurred. If the client notifies Scholarship Ready of their wish to cancel less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued.

If the client cancels or reschedules in-person mock interview or mock audition with at least 48 hours notice, Scholarship Ready will process a full refund less any expenses already incurred and a £50 cancellation fee. If less than 48 hours notice is given, Scholarship Ready will not issue a refund.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given in writing and sent by email. If the notice is sent by email before 4pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, it shall be deemed to have been received on the same day the notice was sent. If a notice is sent by email after 4pm on a working day (Monday-Friday) or on a weekend day (Saturday-Sunday), it shall be deemed to have been received on the next working day after the notice was sent.

In the event that Scholarship Ready has to cancel a session, the client will not be charged for the session.

If sessions are regularly being cancelled (at least three times in three months), Scholarship Ready reserves the right to terminate the contract with the client. Any payment that has been made will be refunded less services that have already been delivered, the session being cancelled, a £50 cancellation fee and any expenses that have been incurred.

Termination of Services and Refund Policy

Services will terminate following the completion of all sessions paid via the website. Alternatively, services may be terminated in writing by clients at any time.

There is a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after the purchase of services. If the cancellation is within the 'cooling off' period, you will be refunded in full less any services already delivered and a £50 cancellation fee.

Scholarship Ready have the right to terminate a service at any time. Any payment that has been made will be refunded less services that have already been delivered and any expenses that have been incurred.

Scholarship Ready will arrange to send all refunds via bank transfer. Scholarship Ready do not issue refunds via debit card, credit card, or cheque.

Data Protection

Scholarship Ready will for the purpose of its business and the services that it offers be required to collect, keep and use personal information that it receives from clients and students in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By entering into an agreement with Scholarship Ready, the client consents to Scholarship Ready holding and using any personal information that it receives from the client in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for the purpose of its business and the services that it offers.

Confidentiality

The client and student agree not to use any information obtained in relation to Scholarship Ready other than as may be required in connection with the taking or completion of the services. This includes passing on information to any third party or for use themselves.

Intellectual Property

The names and brand of 'Scholarship Ready’ and any (and all) intellectual property associated with the business of Scholarship Ready shall not be used (or reused) by the client or student without the prior written consent of Scholarship Ready.

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Scholarship Ready and its business, including any material that is provided by Scholarship Ready to clients and students, are the property of Scholarship Ready, and it is prohibited to copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from any such material, without the prior written consent of Scholarship Ready.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
